Ait let me put it this way, Ogaden are completely irrelevant in national politics, MJ aren't, hence why they ruled the entire transitional period from the Darood side, but as things get back to normal and the remnants of Cumar Jees are getting dealt with, hopefully future 1m1v system, Ogaden will become completely irrelevant, however MJ will always compete for presidential position, they always going to demand something from us. So between OG v MJ, you see why I said Kacaan is over and SYL is reborn.

The thing is they are not the threat but Abgaal is for the presidential election, worse case scenario they can go for a lower position like Prime minister or top Cabinet position by support Abgaal presidency, do you get it ? They have more population, districts and influence in Somalia than OG, but not more than MX, also MX cooperating with OG it was nothing more than the wet dream of a Kacaanist leader Siad barre who had Ogaden Rer Abti, the real MX were the SYL/Marehan union party MX like Adan Low etc, they really don't give a crap about OG, but they know how to deal and cooperate with fellow Daroods like MJ. MX can support a MJ hegemony in Puntland that more than covers our trade for votes as President, we can even throw in a couple good military position and cabinet members in as well.
Just remember this fact, MX is not interested in Daroods who are anti-MX, hence why we only work with MJs we recognize, we are also not interested in influential Daroods like Ogaden and Dhulbahante, times have changed MOD is over.
