Jazeera is beautiful, I hope to get land there someday, but you have to be super careful because so many people have been ripped off with land that has already been sold multiple times.

I met a group of Cayr businessmen from the U.S in Xamar trying to buy 2000 plots in Jazeera to develop it, they were close to buying it at the time, but not sure if got it. I was also told two other groups consisting of Xawaadle and Abgaal are also buying massive blocks, on top of what Hormuud and IBS have already brought in Jazeera.

The problem I have with these people is they will use every inch of land for building, no consideration for things like parks or kids play grounds.

Inshallah. I don’t mind either Markah or Jaziira. Jaziira is so nice on the eye. But security has to improve a lot for markah, the moment you leave the centre Shabaab are all around it with checkpoints, was a relatively uncomfortable visit for my father. Inshallah I can make it in time for Jaziira before the prices explode cos it’s inevitable they will lol.

Yeah definitely, prices will explode the more security and peace there is. I predict that if Al Shabab are defeated for the most part, prices will explode especially with foreign investors willing to come.

I am hearing things like Toyota opening a branch in Mogadishu soon, and others are waiting in the wing.

Marka sounds nice, but lowe Shabelle needs to be cleaned of Al Shabab before any investment can be done there.

Places like Hodan, Hawl-Wadag, Xamar-Weyne, Waaberi, Wardhigley are well developed and the parts where most of the HG live in. Not much room for development but I welcome more and more roads.

I think those North areas like Kaaran, Yaqshiid, Shibiis will become million-dollar plots.

If their real peace, the Abgaal areas facing lido will be a developer's dream. I can already see it with Dahab Marina setting the precedent.

Nowadays everyone lives everywhere, theirs not much of a divide. Waaberi and Hodan is mixed with every qabil living their and even diaspora. Warta nabada and Howlwadaag have mostly HG.
Theirs probably more HG in Ceelasha Biyaha than in these suburbs to be honest.

Karaan, Yaqshiid and most of the north has massive potential, whole sections of Karaan are still in ruin which are 5 minutes from Lido.

It’s because they’re junctions and businesses everywhere obvs not all are hg. But the xaafado hasn’t changed still has Qabil majority everywhere in banaadir.
