The 23-year-old, whose family rejected the al-Qaida-affiliated al-Shabaab group’s version of Islamic law, fled Somalia after her father was murdered and she was targeted for shaking hands with a man. Refugee women cannot legally work or access social security in Indonesia. The women say their appeals for aid from the UNHCR and aid organisations have been turned down. They drift from one boarding house to the next where they beg other refugees for food.

I provided above the contacts of the Somali embassy in Jakarta, don’t you think that they will be debunking that story if it was fake? Contact them.
For some, they lost a sense of the real world and would like to believe a fellow Muslim can’t mistreat (there is no mistreatment here, they can be airlifted back home but they feel they sold everything for the tahriib and better perish) another Muslim and Magafe’s treatment of Somalis in Libya is also fake.
Somalia has an Embassy in South Africa yet they haven't said or done crap about the poor old shop owners who get stoned in the middle streets, Hacked to death, and burned alive.

Doing something about it (Somalis decided to set up shops in the most deprived, poverty ridden townships in South Africa where violence is the norm, how could they help them?) and acknowledging the problem are two different things. They’ve acknowledged the problems in South Africa and Libya because of media coverage and Somalis prostituting themselves is not only isolated to Indonesia, you could find them in all corners of the globe and the main reason these women are selling their bodies is survival.

I could be wrong, but anecdotally, I heard that they’ve been offered relocation to Somalia and they refused. Since they are registered with the UN, the Indonesians can’t forcefully relocate and remove them. They are financially supported by the International Organisation for Migration. There are millions of poor Indonesians and that’s the priority of the Jakarta regime.

Sxb, the South African police sometimes needs the protection of the army if they want to enter these shantytowns. The best option is for Somalis to move their businesses where it’s safe. I met Somalis in Jberg, some running businesses, others working or studying and you rarely hear violence against them.
Wallah they should move to those white areas. I've seen video where the black parts are ugly and dangerous. Plus invest in secure shop. There was thread here where it said two got killed last month. So it's messes up placed.
