Reforming Gobols

This rule should be reformed into one gobol for a state with exemptions in place for Mudug and Sanaag. Mudug because its too volatile to make it one state and Sanaag to weaken Somaliland.

Federal states
-Gedo -Sool -Awdal -Waqooyi Dhexe(half sanaag) -Puntland(half Sanaag/half mudug) -Hiiraan -Koonfur Galbeed -Jubbaland -Shebeellaha Dhexe -Galmudug(half Mudug)

In this model we would have around 10 states and a major reduction in clan tension with the added benefit of delegitimizing Somalilands territorial claim by wooing over Sool and half of Sanaag. Waqooyi Galbeed and Togdheer need to be seperated as trouble-makers.

All of those factors play second fiddle to qabiil a shared city is whats most important particularly between the current duopoly of Somalia i.e. Darood and Hawiye. If those two reach peace within themselves and between each other all of Somalia will align itself afterwards.

That rep list is clearly biased how can you say Isaaq should have one and multiple Darod sub tribes should have one each this is worse than 4.5.

Darod seem to have a land size fetish and fail to realise that land size doesn't perfectly correlate with population size, it's more complex than that. Places like East Turkestan/Tibet and Bangladesh prove my point.

Jubbaland is bigger and more valuable than KG. States are built on land mps and there split ratio is mostly established on perceived influence and strength not direct population.

This is all irrelevant thought why would isaaq and raxanweyn get the same as Dhulbahante and Ogaden. There are 100k Ogaden in Somalia as a high estimate when there is 6 million isaaq in Somalia. Wallahi you wouldn’t get 5 federal MPs if Somalia actually becomes a country.
