Somaliland is 1/3 of the population of Somalia. So Somaliland deserves 1/3 of all aid and 1/3 of all loans taken out should go to Somaliland.

Somaliland only gets SDF aid and not the 8 or 9 other avenues somalia receives aid.

As you can see in your chart Somaliland isn’t getting it’s fair share of aid as maamul beleeds with small populations are taking more than their share for example puntland.

Satellite images doesn't prove population. Satellite wise my tuulo in Australia looks larger then Manhattan because it's sprawled, but manhattan is larger population wise being condensed. 2. Electricity consumption in comparison to other cities of the world or thru what an average household consumes.
3. Full blown census, observed and carried out by the UN but also all regional govt must be present in every region inspected to ensure no 'fraudulent behavior'.

I already know PL is largest in Somalia because I can tell by the Diaspora we have in comparison to others. Other cities like Hamar are large due to 'minorities boosting it up' 20-30%. Hawiye is tiny when inspected for hawiye in my opinion.

What is Bosaso, Galkayo, Garowe water supply and electricity supply usage. We just need 'daily' over-all city usage and we can begin sub-dividing it into per person quota.

PL population is definitely rural heavy though considering the large quantities of 'sand dams' in the regions(I think it's more then 10 now) on top of the existing or new water wells, boreholes, etc. SL in comparison is non-existent. Wallahi I never seen them niggas dig nor maintain a single water well or have a dam(outside the dam in hargeisa), this is proof there is no rural population for them. My region has evidence of 100 water wells, 300 boreholes, 10 sand dams carrying the water quantity of countries as large 'singapore'. What the f*ck u on about 'desert', that's when you copy the 'koonfur argument' and can't explain why there is such large water infrastructure in this desert if there is nothing there lol. Oromo are no-way the same distribution in PL in comparison to Hargeisa.
