Somaliland is 1/3 of the population of Somalia. So Somaliland deserves 1/3 of all aid and 1/3 of all loans taken out should go to Somaliland.

Satellite images doesn't prove population. Satellite wise my tuulo in Australia looks larger then Manhattan because it's sprawled, but manhattan is larger population wise being condensed. Have big satellite foot print doesn't mean population whatsoever. The second thing is I proved Hargeisa one family can own 5 to 10 properties, so what population exists? every house u see is empty or rented out to oromos not hargeisans. 1. Your water consumption in the city. We can work out what the per person per liter consumption is and multiply if over your over-all consumption. All I need to do is inspect Hargeisa water supply and wallahi 'ceebta' will be seen. It's only 10 water wells wallahi.
2. Electricity consumption in comparison to other cities of the world or thru what an average household consumes.

I already know PL is largest in Somalia because I can tell by the Diaspora we have in comparison to others. Other cities like Hamar are large due to 'minorities boosting it up' 20-30%. Hawiye is tiny when inspected for hawiye in my opinion.

PL population is definitely rural heavy though considering the large quantities of 'sand dams' in the regions(I think it's more then 10 now) on top of the existing or new water wells, boreholes, etc. SL in comparison is non-existent.
