I'm planning on starting to go to the gym in June. Since there is no all ladies gym, I want to go to a gym where its majority of women and the men are few. Anyone know a gym in Minneapolis that has mostly women?

Seriously there is none at all in the entire city? That's strange don't somalis run any gyms there that have segregation?

Talk to the ladies in your areas. In my area, ladies go to one gym mostly at the same time. They seem to plan it to make sure they don't find themselves alone.
 
i got a treadmill, doesn't do shit wallahi. I see a little progress then I fall into a stump despite doing the same workout/eating the same thing


Have you done these things?

1. Drink a lot of water ( at least 1 gallon of water in a given day)
2. Stop eating red meat; instead eat white meat (chicken & fish) and not fried ones
3. Stop taking processed sugar and anything that has in it.
4. No carbohydrates or take smaller portion
5. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables,

If you could do that with a treadmill and a few other equipment, you would be good to go.

1)yes. I drink like yajuj and majuj gonna be drinking the oceans
2) I'm not much of a meat eater. I tend to eat hilib ari / lo (goat/cow) from time to time (like once a month or so)
3) This is the balaayo I'm struggling with
4) I do eat smaller portions. But i definitely eat carbs. I'm planning on lowering it down and switching it out with number 5
5) No. I plan on starting to after ramadan inshallah
 
What do women even do in the gym besides squats
