Explain? the plan is to Balkanize Arab lands they did that with Sudan and tried it with Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon but failed.
Sudan's balkanization was from a civil war though. South Sudanese are a completely different population and culture from the north as well

Somaliland wont gain recognition as it doesn't suit the aims of the west. The Anglo-American axis had control of somalia since the 80s, they fanned the flames of civil war and used Ethiopia as a proxy to cover their hand so they may appear as the "good cop" in the eyes of the public. They were the primary backers of several ethiopian factions, including the TPLF, in their civil war which was going on roughly the same time as ours. They (US) were using the TPLF to further prelong the civil war by providing small arms and munitions to all sides. When it wasnt providing the results they wanted, they brought their War on Terror and cemented this Tribal federal states as a mean to prevent the state from rising. Since they have oil deals from the 80s all over the nation they wont allow a single state to break away, if anything they use scenarios like this to blackmail the nation to further secure their stranglehold on the nation.
