How come I only ever see congolese hutu people complaining about tutsi dominance in Rwanda? It’s never rwandan hutus.

At the end of the day, Kagame gave them free education, vaccinated them and made Kigali an extremely safe city. Yeah the elites are all Tutsi but they’re not corrupt so who really cares. There’s always a minority group elite operating in most African countries.

I used to believe in having democracy for Africa at this stage of our 'development', but I'm no longer blind to the harsh realities of this continent

You can't have democracy in most African Countries; the best system is something akin to Singapore under Lee Kuan Yew
