The percentage of somalis who are below the poverty line in Somalia as a whole is 52% and only 26% in Puntland. Somalilanders and Mogadishu residents are literally dead weight retarding the growth of equality and lower incidence of poverty puntland has achieved.

The thing is it's very clear that SL is in a poor state which has many contributing factors laakin what's not clear is how PL has somehow managed to overcome this, which if true is great, but how did you do it exactly.

According to PL wiki, it has lower poverty rate because

"Experts believe this is because of higher consumption and higher labour force participation. Households in Puntland consume a higher quantity per capita per item and more items per household."

This suggests that services and/or manufacturing is a big and important factor (and these workers then taxed presumably), so where are the examples.

I'm not offending you brother or Puntland. In terms of international standards according to size & population. Hargeisa is the only city Somaliland has Burco just making it then the rest are just large towns and villages.

Politically clan make up Puntland is lucky. Somaliland has to do allot of appeasement to keep them happy

This is the right answer. Puntland has very little internal friction compared to Southern Somalia or Somaliland, and this makes it possible to direct resources into the areas with the highest return. The president has almost unlimited say over policy which is missing in other regions due to stronger opposition.
