Somalia needs another 20 mini ports, since road construction is limited and isbaaro charges are getting out of hand. It takes you 3 weeks to go from kismaayo to bosasso by road. There's checkpoints every 100km, when tomatoes arrive from Kismayo to Garowe; the price goes up 3-4X because of unnecessary levys and isbaaro charges on transportation.
