I praise them for this approach - we both benefit by saving money on defence to developement.

They've got no foothold in Sool except for Bixin which is technically the actual border but only about 25km from the line in Somaliland.

In Sanaag they've only got Badhan Ceelayo with a permanent presence all those other places they just turn up for a photo-op.

Col Aare is going to come back when we start reforming and kick out all them cabinet ministers allow Bihi to finish his term
