By promising to fufil their contracts and not actually doing it they halted our development no?
Access to the port is like before its business as usual, its not halting development locals are they won’t invest in upgrading the port as offered by PL, wont contribute to infrastrucres etc just calaacal 24/7 also the killing didnt help speeding up development from DPs side. Funna thing is reer bosaso built a makeshift port to rescue a boat they easily can upgrade to a real port!
I know the community can come together in doing that but, how would they invest in upgrading the port if dp currently hold it? They are supposed to be upgrading it's capacity dramatically and competing with berbera.
They were asked before DP got the contract, they need to think more about the greater good invest in the region in roads, agriculture fish whatever, citizens will benefit as well as investors get more profits.

Man Don't argue these people, they have less emotional intelligence.
They don't know what they are taking about, they are very emotional.
They have medieval thinking, they would have used same tools for 200 years.
They don't think as 21 century, where you have to seek investment, because competition you have to modernize otherwise you loose business, i grantee to you that if DP didn't come Bosaso Port would have close within 10 years.
That is why intelligent like Jurile supported.
Garacad Port is Game changer, specially, the Containers, Bosaso Port cannot do that, becuase is not Deep port.

Well i am talking about history, i don't know now, but reer Mudug are not creative people.
They are currently building 3G garacad port garacad to galdogob road where they just Tur-Dibi customs for PL/DDSI, they are building an international Airport, they are paving roads in every town. They own alot of the companies in PL and very involved in exports too. Can go on and on but 3G is enough proof Mudug is productive!
