Qardho has an amazing history, it's a shame the locals(recent settlers vs historical ones and even those who left) seem not to be able to co-operate but we all co-operate for other somalis constantly. Do U know development isnt few concrete buildings given some cheap chinese rendering to look futuristic lol that's a false economy development is social development like your schools and it's quantity vs quality as this is what creates wealth and what every business looks at first before investment.

Also Hospitals it's quality vs quantity is another metric of social development. Real infrastructure is another huge measure of development.

Don't embarass PL into these useless discussion of petty skylines with a GDP value of a few million and I doubt that cause building prices fluctuate depending on real economic activity like producing something and exchange.
