I would take 'samples' of everything good in PL and demand everyone simply copies. Tree lining here is perfect model for all residential areas. I would update local councils of all Puntland to copy.

I would use the best schools in PL to do knowledge transfer on their teaching methods to all other schools. I want to use the best road development and warn all construction companies, if they fall below that standard, they will never get another contract again.

We really need accountability or else our development will not last and the bad ones will prevail leading to the good ones to give up.
