I agree that the federal regions must contribute to the federation, noone is denying that kiddo but those discussions are not possible untill the constitution is completed which that issue will be a contentious one as their different theories where state taxes stay with states and a small levy is given to the federal authorities, some r federal taxes take the bulk and not the states. The road custom is well known u charge 1000 dollars 4 one time usage, where-as PL charges 30 for 3 months, this is well known to all somalis not hidden, your port wud be the same also. So high taxes indicates 'low trade' so u try to milk revenue from limited resources, where-as low tax environment means much more trade. This is a fact. Plus PL doesn't serve just PL, our market axis is all the way to HS-GM-burco-erigavo-dds.

Plus expansions r on the plan to widen the market axis to DDS-Oromia. The imports is only 30% of GDP last time I checked, 60% is livestock, we know who has livestock earnings its not hamar. Plus are u saying 10 million market axis and it's shop goods r less then then hamar 1.5 million market?
