How is what I say Suugo. I present premise-problem-analysis-recommendations and it's transparent for critique, you didn't critique it at all proving it must be strong, if i dont have solution and find a problem, I also present it to all to discuss solutions. Wdym proof. It’s anecdotal but my fam bought up our neighbours place in bakaaraha for cheap. Isaaq were rushing to SL at the time and they were saying we’re leaving for our own country. Even back then. It’s how most HG moved into Xamar. Especially Hodan.
In the war the least touched clan was Isaaq in Xamar. They were under our protection and most left gladly anyway.

I can accept that some Darood were xasuuq’d in Xamar. There was a war against a government that at that point only had the support of Darood clans and many were viewed as potential spies. But I’m not having this revised history that Isaaq should have a grudge in Xamar. They left for better pastures, always better to invest in your own land/country and they now have three of the best Somali cities and good for y’all. Darood should do the same and focus on what they have rather than what they lost. This level of cuqdad is unhealthy

I only presented what the capital must fulfill and stay away from. It cannot have political-tribal-regional character. If its political then it will not unite ppl as ppl have different politics, if it has tribal face it wont unite somalis since somalis have many tribes, if it has a regional face not all somalis live there and also it wont be distinct from 90 towns who may call itself capitals.
Yaab shurudaha waa kaa, idinka la imaada maqaam oo aan ka baxsanayn shurudahasi oo somalinimada xoojin karto oo aan kala saarayn. I dont refuse hamar shud have a voice but it cant violate those principles and if it does then no rights is better

But u r right clan wars are harder to recover from unlike dictator issue cuz once the dictator is gone, the issue is resolved since the clans had nothing to do with it. Irrepective the colonial/civilian/dictatorship influence on the civil war as all played their part if u analyze it deeply, the clan wars post 91 is why we can't recover is the biggest issue that's why clan federalism makes the most sense plus also addresses issues from colonial-dictator eras of 'power centralized and abused' or corruption of the civilian era even tho it was democratic.

@bidenkulaha I am confident 95% of the nation issue will be resolved if HAGS forgive n forget thru direct-hard-frank discussion and clan justice mechanism, so no clans injustice is unheard becuz the civil war effected them the longest, darod n hawiye factor will take seconds relative to HAG issues no reasonable darod will deny that. Plus once hamar rises the south rises is an undeniable fact, it has this domino effect in the south for bay n kista.
The role of galgaduud clans in the south must be discussed and natives, this is a big factor not just HG but wacaysle-reer ceelbur also hiding behind their native clans it's not their land they won't love n protect it or advance its future is my philosophy
