This is great news and wish well for this venture and wish it reduces poverty and increases the economic market activity for all(All Puntites wallets need to grow so our gdp grows). Last thing we want is pretty tower's like Mogadishu and empty local wallets(thousands of scum for few towers).

One rich surrounded by millions poor is what we call sewage of scums(no gdp) or sewagenomics. It's known term sewagenomocs, when a poor country just has nice towers to disguise the dead market.
