Yes. Amharas, Sidama, and Oromos took part in mixing with Omotes. Only a few of each of these groups did but it still adds up to a noticeable amount all together.

A lot of 'Amharas' aren't even true Amharas, they're just Omotes and Oromos that adopted the name and became Amhara but Amharas have looked prety much the same since their conception.

Every Cushite is tall, Afar, Oromos, Somalis, etc. Somalia has kept homogenous while Ethiopia has Omotic groups within which would lower its average height. Also, it's Amharas that are shorter than usual, Tigrayans and Oromos are normal height. For example, the Eritrean president is 6''3. Also, studies have shown that the Orthodox diet practiced in Ethiopia for over 1000 years caused their height to lower in average.

Sudan's Nilotes are the tallest people there is so according to your logic the description best describes them AKA Nubia/Sudan. Keep in mind that Greeks were short people so east Africans in general would have impressed them.

Nilotes/Oromos are too far inland and greeks are taller than most East Africans. If you think he was describing Habeshas or Afars as tall you are definitely one of those ethnic groups mentioned.

Greeks definitely weren't taller than Cushites. Are u ok? lol. Read my first post on this thread. There's no solid evidence that Macrobia was located in Somalia, there's sources that say it was in Sudan, Ethiopia, India, etc. How are Nilotes or Oromos too far inland when there's no confirmation of the location of Macrobia anyway? lol.

And yes, Afars and habeshas are tall too. You can't bunch up all Cushites with Amharas. I even told u the Eritrean president is 6''3.

Nilotes are the tallest candidates and their location is a possibility.....just face the fact that we don't know

You saying Habeshas are tall literally confirms your trolling.

There’s sources that say Northern Somalia was where Macrobia was located but of course you’d choose to go off anything that say it was everywhere other than Somalia.
