The point isn’t that PL can’t negotiate an exchange the point is the spectacle PL made of it

also the 25 freed by SSC wasn’t an exchange, they didn’t get anybody back & was just the cost of the FGS/PM visit

2 points: SSC isn’t in a position to reject FGS/PM visit even if PL/JL are at odds with them

and they were also not in a position to reject freeing some prisoners & the number being so low means they at least negotiated it down

Ask yourself why be mad at SSC for something they couldn’t reject rather than FGS taking advantage of the situation for their benefit & to sow discord with harti

Both sides have been attacking each other it’s not Dhulos just attacking MJs but both ways.

At the end of the day, the only threat to Puntland isn’t the useless FGS, but the likelihood of the international community pulling out of Somalia and letting an imminent Shabab take over of South-Central Somalia occur. And Harti has to be united to defeat them.
