The reason why HSM was against Farmaajo was simply because he wanted to become President and politics. I don’t believe HSM will fight Madoobe unless he tries to run again. He will just wait and back a candidate. I’m sure he’ll also stick to the ATMIS pullout in 2 years (HSM tried to get rid of Kenyan troops in his last term even tho Somalia was a lot weaker than it is now).

But you make an interesting point. I saw the NISA appointments and many Fahad Yasin colleagues/allies were actually promoted. Many expected they’d be sacked by Mahad Salad but the agenda has not changed. We might start seeing severe backlash after cabinet is approved once they realise Somalia is going to follow most of the same policies as under the last term, hopefully with more success/competency and less destructive mucaarad now that GM/HS/Banadir/KG are under FGS control and PL is too weak to be mucaarad on its own.

I am Pro Ogaden not pro Madoobe learn the difference. I support Madoobe for the good he has done for Beesha and privately disagree with many of his policies. I don’t care if Madoobe stays for 5 more years but we’ve all come to agree that only an Ogaden can replace Madoobe & he has to have the same ideology.
