He said we had talks that progressed well in 28th and 29th dec. He was optimistic but then 3 days later Eth signed an MoU with a somali region and offered to recognise it as an independent country.
Making it clear Eths goal is to keep Somalia in the status quo its been in for the last 30 years. That's not a good neighborliness and will only put the region in more troubles. Somalia will buy more advanced weaponry including drones, will only use it to defeat the terrorist and defend it's territory.
