Because they have a territorial dispute with Somaliland over SSC and parts of it is under PL’s authority. It’s common sense, any talks with SL and the FGS should include PL whether people like it or not. Without them in it, the meeting is useless.
Sorry but this is the big boys table no space for the yar yars and they will just have to wait for FSG to tell them what’s been said and agreed.
