There are parts of Mudug that are Puntland. Do you count them as Puntland? As someone from north Mudug, I voted PL.

What makes it more “inclusive” than Ogaden? aren’t Ogadens the ones who conquered the land? Horta what if they didn’t conquer it?and decided to be masaakin just like others? imagine there wouldn’t be any land these folks will be claiming, so much calaal over a name “other clans live there too”
