This looks like a Mooryaan Toog Police, No one Blames Sulub Ahmed Firin for these low iq police and people should stop Blaming Mahad Salad for NISA actions as well.

it was called SIA Somalia Intelligence Agency, then in the late 2000's around 2009 or 2008 a guy named Hussein Sheikh Moalim joined from UK, he did a alot of good work including bringing MI6 to Somalia to help with Al-Shabaab Anti terrorism operations,
If your not Familiar with Hussein Moalim, then you dont know who is the Cheif of Intellegence when it comes to CIA and MI6, This guy is the guy who helped make NISA what it is today, he works alot behind the scenes.
He is the one who changed it to NISA, he is currently the National Security Advisor for HSM replacing Farmaajo-appointed Fahad Yasin.
Fahad Yasin was lucky to take over an Already Built NISA, you had Fiqi, Bashir Gobe, Tour Yarari, ect
Fahad came to a NISA with troops, Alpha Group/Gashaaan, Waraan, and plane clothes officers.
The facebook clearly says that

He didnt kill the shop owner, he was arrested and will go to the courts.
HAGS you guys boast about NISA this and that, the only way to measure intelligence agencies is thru how many attacks they helped stop, we know shabab operates freely and does qarax everyday, so how can u come onto the spot bragging about NISA. Even the PSF constantly stops 'ied n mine' attacks with a high success rate and u don't see puntites bragging. That's why I prefer MJ ruling hamar, it will turn to normal after we do a 'purge' with all these '20 year' old generals.
NISA has stopped over 10 attacks in the past few months, Mogadishu is more Peaceful today then it was under HSM last term, or under Formajoo
Ever Since Nisa took control of checkpoints, no more Alshabaab sneaking past check points, or bribing Police and Military to get Explosives and other stuff through.

I agree. security has vastly improved and no recent explosions ever since NISA took over security checkpoints
