We seen what happened to the finance minister when he tried to sack the revenue director who was loyal to HSM, he lost his position after reinstating him back.

Wow this is quite the development, a great memory on you, that was a while ago.

it’s an issue our country faces that is in it’s foundations since the 90’s, unqualified individuals. It makes no sense for qabil quota either since there’s Somali experts in this field. There’s Somali oil companies in Uganda, kenya, and South Sudan who we can ask for. Which is why 1m1v needs to take precedence, as well as screening for each and every cabinet position.
