@bidenkulaha the kg value at western market is Essentials Plain Flour is $1.00 KG. No offence but the value pie is very 'low' considering the investment. The only benefit is 'storage' capabilities without 'rotting' like fresh produce which pushes their prices down due to 'spoiling'. It will be cheaper in africa possibly 20-50 cents per kilo.

Why don't they select 'good final unit' pricing investment, it spreads better below-middle-top of the chain.

Okay update, asked my pops in Hodan rn and he says kiish is actually anywhere from 25kg-100kg (usually 50kg), should last a month for each household. If they actually can produce 16,000 kiish a day eventually this should be enough for Xamar’s 3 million population
