PL AND SL Have Proposed Solution Why Not South?

A-lot of Somalis forget to notice a key factor through-out the civil war. The south has never proposed a solution to Somalia, they have only rejected any solution that comes from either PL or SL. I think it's bloody time we ask the international community why has the south never proposed a solution and delivered it to the regions? Isn't it about time we demand the south propose a Solution to Somalia or else 'decide' between the options on the table?

2. Secession

Their is suspicions only the government wants to be highly 'centralized' but they haven't shown how this centralized model will work, give them the 'draft' constitution and say go and work on what the southern people form of governance will look like and bring us an OFFICIAL DRAFT of your people will.

Stop bringing us the 'will of a few' which is a 20 people cabinet from the diaspora enforcing their 1980's will on the millions without showing us how this will work, show us constitutionally how this will work so we can sit down in the regions and discuss if this model is suitable for Somalis.

If the south cannot prepare or draft a constitution and discuss what their position for the nation is, we must ask the international community that the only solution for Somalia must be 'balkanization' of the nation as one side refuses to cooperate and display his position and therefore must be support the current vaccum where there is no rule of law, a constitution, or even a democracy.

Hawiye have been given ample time(30 years) to get their house in order and organize it's people and discuss what they want, they haven't done this, all they do is reject any solution proposed which indicates they are not interested in a nation state and in that event it is best we discuss balkanization because PL/JL will not waste another 30 years with a partner who has different will for the nation, go your way, i'll go my way, let's discuss how to formalize this and present it to the international community that Somalia issues are 'irreconciable' and the current political stalemate is only allowing for more non state actors to see an opportunity to cause mayhem.

A balkanized Somalia that is at peace with itself and the world where the rule of law and the will of people(democracy) with small governments similar to the GULF is only way out of this 30 year deadlock. The other option is the deadlock will continue for 60 years or 100 years(like palestinian and israeli matter)

If the south drafted a constitution for Somalia and PL/JL have their version drafted, we can begin negotiations on what can be ceded, amended, harmonized. But the south comes with no political agenda beyond 'opposition', how can we entertain being locked into a nation where the other party has no solution yet rejects any possible solution?

We can even have a 'vote' on the south vs pl/jl constitution in a democratically elected parliament not 4.5 shareholders who are more like shareholders of a corporation, their not under any rule of law nor sitting in their positions on the will of their people.

If they reject everything as a solution this means only 'no state' like GM, this is where we as PL/JL accept the situation when we shouldn't, we should say if you reject all solutions the option to be exercised is 'balkanization', we must warn the south, if you don't choose something, the nation will be balkanized so the regions who have can continue progressing, they have to be reasonable, this idea 'anigu talo ma haayi lakin adiguna meel uma socotid' is un-acceptable, it's actually dangerous to the Somali people and the world as it allows non-state actors to form in the nation.

I don't necessarily reject the southern people and they're will wallahi, you can't govern a people with a govt that is against their aspirations or views, they will just play nuisance role and may even bring into question your govt credibility. I just want hawiye to know the days of saying 'no no no' to everything will no longer be an option that is acceptable which will lead to another 'stalemate' and hold millions of people from moving forward, in the event of a stalemate we must agree that Somalis have a rightto discuss balkanization as the next option forward.

If hawiye says NO to everything, we must tell them this will only lead to the balkanization solution as you have rejected every govt model, either accept something or lets sit down how to 'divorce'. This isn't unreasonable request and the international community must endorse this so there is a final solution to the Somali civil war or else it may continue as long as palestine/israel issue and may spread to become a global problem

Teeri we shouldn't 'prove or argue' with them as this may 'encourage' the 'stalemate'. We must pull back and say this is PL/JL view of Somalia and here is our constitution. Now let them send us their views without any disruption as long as it's the will of their people.

We will sit down and negiotate what can be conceded or what can be harmonized, and we will put a 'clause' to the constitutional meeting if there is no 'outcome' from this, we will move into discussions on balkanization to 'avoid the stalemate and vacuum'. We must agree on the very least that no outcome is not the will of any of our communities, they want a solution, they don't want another palestine/israel model in Somalia that extends for 100 years.

The people who are stalling the process in Somalia are not doing this because it's the will of their locals, their locals haven't even been given the opportunity to discuss their will. Galmudug only hope of Somali 'relevancy' is 'galmudug' and if they lose this opportunity they are in disaster situation. Niin habar gedir inu Hama ka soo baxo way adkanaysa due to their legacy in the south.

@Crow hates me as because of my non modern approach to problems, god dammit they tried the modern way for 30 years' it's not showing any profitabe returns but huge losses in time, lives, and money(foreign or local). My solutions may look un-conventional, but I dare u argue on 'merit' that it doesn't work
