Over 56 women came out accusing him of raping.

In order to charge him for rape every jury has to agree with a verdict.

There was 14 jury's, 12 were white 2 were black. The judge kept on insisting for the jury's to come out with a verdict (trying to jail Cosby) but the 2 black jurys and others held there ground and got little bill a mistrial lol.

This mistrial is bigger than the OJ case

Double jeopardy only applies if a person is found not guilty by a jury of his peers, and since he wasn't not found guilty but instead led to a inclusive result (Jury couldn't agree) , the case can be re-tried hence the wording mistrial. Why don't you know this as an American?
