Zenawism aka ethnofederalism was the TPLF project. I have never said they designed it alone, but without Tigray leadership there wouldn't be Oromia region today at all. You can't deny that.

Nope, it was a mutually authored constitution and system; there's no way tplf would have even left tigray to advance to addis ababa, without amhara + oromo cooperation, along with eritrean militar support.
