Arabs are not necessarily civilized. They simply have authoritarian forms of government keeping the people in check. Something Somalia clearly needs right now, for our survival.

I one hundred percent would stand behind a 50% share, given that Xamar has its own house in order. You're a federal member state, not a country.

The land itself is less than 30-40 million years old.
