Amateur question, but is this normal for AAs? I guess it has something to do with admixture? I remember reading that Bantus lack facial and body hair too (as normally AAs=admixed Bantus).

So assume it’s case 1…where does it come from? As far as I understand, groups in America with elevated body hair come down to
1)”whites”, AKA the Caucasian Nordic type as the fundamental morphological makeup and mash in some elements of the Caucasian Mediterranean type (South Euros) and perhaps some minimal Arabid, SSA, East Asian, and Natives.
2)”Latinos”, a broad term. Basically in this category you get people of the pure Caucasian race Iberian type coming from some parts of S. Europe, sometimes they are the descendants of colonists from Mexico or countries further south hence admixed heavily with Natives (Mongoloid race American Indian type, if I may) and the descendants who were several hundred generations removed from the first W.Africa Bantu farmers.
Occasionally this race (race means a breed of morphologically modern Homo sapiens) of people perform cross racial union with the Caucasian Arabid type due to some morphological similarities. They also mingle with other major races such as the Bantu American race (the famous “Black Race”), a race of mainly Bantu descent but admixed heavily with other races (Namely the broad “white race”, and “Mongoloid race Native American type”).
3)Last one consist of various divergent ethnic groups whom I more or less mentioned above. Basically, you would get the Caucasoid race Hamitic type (the type can be divided into two sub-races, the hardy Horn African type and the fell-from-glory North African type. However the majority of hairy population would come from the latter due to less exposure to Nilotic or Bantu admixture. Some minimal but non-negligible exposure to admixture from the Arabid or Irano sub-races of the Caucasian main race cannot be ruled out. )
