Never been to any of the beaches south of likoni. I told you to go Pirates because of the peng Swahili and Somali girls The beaches in Nyali are usually dead.

didn't see any somali girls there bro. the only somali I saw was an old dude with his camels.
I don't know if I came in the down season or something, all I saw was some giriama beach boys on the hunt for white sugar mamas

I'm travelling to Toronto for TIFF, I'm only going 6 days, 5 films a day = 30 films. A great deal for seeing movies months earlier with usually the director/cast and some movies I'll probably never get to see again.



Going to Brighton and not seeing a gig? There's literally nothing else to do there!

You must be huge movie buff to travel there for just film festival lol

I am going to Kenya, Tanzania (Zanzibar) and possibly Ethiopia in a few weeks.

My budget is $60 a day, which will be fine if i avoid expensive safaris.

I might visit Somalia, but its boring and pricey and I already went in 2013 so might skip out this time.

In a few weeks, I'll be sitting on a beach next to the Indian Ocean

Yea I'm talking mostly about the airline tickets.
Another pricey country is Kenya, but at least Kenya has things to do and isn't very boring like Somalia. What is there to do in Somalia except go to hotels and eat imitation-American? Somalia can be fun for a maximum of one or two weeks.

You can go to different cities. Start off in Kismayo and end up in Borama. You don't have to just got to Muqdisho or Hargeisa or Garowe uno.

I'll probably spend some time in the Muslim parts of Ethiopia this summer and cross into Somalia to visit Borama.
I'll also probably visit Djibouti.

This will all be fine because I'll bus it, instead of flying and spending $500 for a ticket round trip from Nairobi.

Kismayo is still very shady so won't go there, Muqdisho I saw in 2013 and it's not worth a second visit.
If I do cross into Somalia, I will go to Bossaso depending on the weather.

That's sad since I know we could offer so much more than that, Somali has some of the most beautiful scenery places, my dream is to do road trip there one day.

Yh us qurbo Joog should help build Somalia's tourism in places like Maydh, all beach towns and the rivers etc. Somalia has huge tourism potential.

So how long is the drive? I wanted to go up there when I was in London two years ago but it didn't work out. Never going to England again so I guess it will never happen lol

Sorry I did not see this. The drive is around 1 1/2 perhaps? It's a day trip and you can come back with ease. I wouldn't take car on a sunny holiday cause there will definitely be traffic blocks so the train is the best option imo.
