They did run a qpadm model using Morocco_EN, Levant_N & Zagros_N. They were ~18% IBM like. P-Value wasn’t great tho. I think they are missing a Dinka-like source which would probably increase the P-Value.

That would make a lot of sense, honestly. Does it interfere with the total proportions? If so that'd really atrocious and unethical. Regardless I'm still very unfamiliar with these tools.
Dinka = also majority Mota/ ANA, right?
Off-topic: long time no see, lol. sadly you're off X and the alchemist isn't there either (not since the very beginning iirc). currently I finally have time to spare for these academically (for me) unrelated matters as my emotionally gruesome college years come to their final and bitter end.

Dinka seem to be a composite of something Mota-like with their SAHG affinities and some West African ancestry. Mota & this old West African ancestry definitely has some ANA baked into it

Pretty much similar to how I remembered. Though you mean "with their SAHG" or "without their SAHG"? Dinkas have SAHG affinities? The west African part = well attested and they probably got the signal in 2 major events.

Its fascinating to me how the neolithic anatolian farmers were able to cross all of Europe and they're mixed anf/berber descendants were able to arrive in Egypt before Levantine farmers were able to cross the Sinai.
I also think naftufian hunter gather groups have probably been overrated. Since even as recently as 8000 b.c the faiyyum oasis was inhabited by Nilosahran hunter gatherers and the emmer wheat domesticated by neolithic farmers in the fertile crescent doesnt seem to present in eygpt till 5000 b.c
Natufians are vastly overrated. Vastly. Loads of samples shouldn't even be modeled with them for obvious reasons though unfortunately them remain a barely-acceptable substitute for the Lower Egyptian Epipaleolithic fishers and other similar but different things in the peninsula.

Yup a lot of these hunter gather communities living in the desert in the levant are heavily overindexed in people's imagination.
Ive also been unable to find anybdoy talking about why these neolithic farmes couldn't cross the Sinai amd arrive in eygpt for at least 4,000 + years. That seems like a gaping hole in any talk about the arrival of levantine pouplations in eygpt.

That E-Z813 PN sample can be modelled as 54% Dinka & 46% Nuerat P-Value 0.29. Another model 46% Nuerat, 17% Mota, 37% Dinka even better P-Value of 0.68 but the SE were little large for the Mota & Dinka +- ~8%.

The link by Apostle is accurate. Revoiye analyzed SNP data from Wurst et al and posted the results on his blog. Some believe them, some don't. I'm genuinely spruced you aren't aware of this---it was a major event in the genetics fandom last year.
Speaking of which, what do you think of my questions (about the methodology, the other sites & affinities, and ethicals)?

Dinkas don't, I meant Dinkas carry Mota-like ancestry without Mota's SAHG ancestry
