Lets see what happens after PM Kheyre gets back from meeting Erdogan in Doha. FGS has been playing it neutral between all parties, hopefully they show balls and take a stand.

Let's face it there are only 2 real federal states, JL and PL the rest are paper states Hirhshabelle recently even had one of their MPs killed by AS the rest are sitting in Xamar instead of their state.
Just today one of their MPs was waiting for Kheyre in Aden Adde airport I don't see these as proper states.
