SF Bay Area is very expensive as well but welfare abusing Somalis can afford to live here. I live in Silicon Valley (ludicrously expensive place to live) and those few Somalis that live here all have section 8. xalimos claim to be single mothers and not knowing the father of their children and their husbands are either Uber/taxi drivers or security guards and most elder Somalis claim disable. But since we have some of the best school districts in America, Somalis who were raised here are very educated. Most of the young Somalis I know are doing their masters.

If I'd move to US, I'd definitely go to Texas. Great economy, reasonable prices, good weather and large housing. The people are fucked up but that's worth it.

Just stay away from Dallas and ft worth, Houston is where you wanna go, they have pretty decent Muslim community and the quality of life is pretty good.

NYC is not affordable if you earn anything less than $80,000. Pay in NYC is not as high as some think, while costs are absolutely astronomical.
If you want to save any money in the US, stay away from places like SoCal, Bay Area, NY and D.C.

I would recommend Boston or Philadelphia.
