It takes years to form a state, more than the 1 year Farmaajo has left, if Farmaajo does start this bulshit of creating the SSC this late in the game he will be viewed as an spoiler and anti stability in Somalia.

If Farmaajo was serious on this matter of creating this SSC state for his Abtiyaal the dhullos he should have started back 2 years ago.
