Why is Puntland's great Attorney General Dr. Mohamud Hassan O'Osman wasting his time on this so called "Attorney General"? One shouldn't waste their time on insignificant things.

Anyways, about the prisoners, I agree with sending them back to the regional states they hail from! Why should Puntlanders tax be used for housing these non-native criminals?
