As you can see with SL who is also outside the Federalism model as they were with the SYL, they will eventually be merged in, using similar philosophy as the SYL did or they will be 'left' in isolation as egal party was, we know from a future scenario their going to swing either one of '2' ways remain in isolation or take what is offered. So this federalism is identical to me in SYL vision, SYL consisted of 'all somali clans' just like regional govt do today. But they were not the 'architects' and thank god for that as their own great people emerged due to that wisdom. So it's paramount the HAGS sit this out and this isn't a time for competition but '91 prevention' state craft being done.
