Somaliland needs to show where their money is going. In the last couple of years their budget has increased by more than 300% and still there is a lot of development occurring but I don't think they are allocating all of the funds that is meant for development. They seem focused one thing mainly, which is the military and the rest is kinda scarce....

Even though their economy has gotten better over the years it's a long way from enough. Only hope is that their oil explorations come into fruition, that would jump-start their economy but only if Siilaanyo doesn't run away with all the money
