It shouldn't be done abruptly. But there has to be land reform policy giving back farming land to trained and competent black Namibians farmers. It'd take a process of 15-20 years maybe to take it all back without having any major food issues.

How can a few thousand descendants of colonialists still have control of 50% of land in 2018. It doesn't make sense. While the native of the land lives in an iron sheet house with no running water and electricity.

A lot of the blame should also go to their gov't. What have the Namibian gov't done since independence to empower their ppl economically and enacting proper land reform.

You can tell from the video the black Namibians look like very defeated and downtrodden.
This is a trend you'll see in many countries in South-Central Africa. Many african countries have people who're still mentally enslaved. Alhamdulilah we haven't had to suffer this mental enslavement to this level.
