We don't have the exact MOU and what entails in terms of the location.However what we know already;
Ethiopia will get their share back in the Berbera port which they lost two years ago.
A marinetime based is already being built in Berbera.
Ethiopia don't have the finances to build a new port and road infrastructure.
Ethiopia and DP World have signed a $1 billion agreement to develop the trade corridor which was signed in 2021 as an MOU.
Zeila port will give Djbouti the ability to destibalise the project by arming clans.
