My point is that given pre-Civil War conditions it could only end in a tragedy unless the leadership stepped down or did some kind of radical change to break with the old order. Muse and Yusuf are as much creatures of their conditions as they are of their lust for power, why would an Abdullahi Yusuf or Muse Bihi who's in control in all of Somalia scede a naval port to a rival next door?

We must understand the so called sovereignty everyone is making a fuss over being violated has not been in existence since the 90s. Somalia and even SL are paper states, we must make the best of our current situation.
