All we need to solve the illegal fishing issue is a an affective coast guard and navy. Heavy punishment for foreigners caught, give them the death penalty.

Although they are numerous, they mostly operate small shows which is why dozens have been detained by SL/PL authorities and hundreds captured by pirates over the years.

I agree they should be executed but what about the large Asian and European trawlers (but less in numbers) who steal our fish and dump waste? Some of them also employ private security that are merciless towards the miskeen fishers.

This is why we need a navy. Any foreign ship in our waters without permission will be blown out of the water with missiles. Any ship in our waters has to let our coast guards on board when asked. If they refuse it's time to call in the navy and blow them up. Nobody shows Somalis any mercy, we are weak and everybody takes advantage of us. When we become stronger we can fight back.

Kkk don't confuse warlords to ordinary Somalis. If there was a referendum across Somalia, or 1 man vote they would vote for nationalists like Farmaajo and for a strong central government. It's Somalia who wants Somaliland to be a federal state. Ethiopia doesn't care as long as Somalis are fighting each other. If Somalia and Somaliland have talks with one another and form an alliance whether as 2 states or as one united country Ethiopia can't do anything about it.

The problem is that these talks are just a facade, ur people will castrate your politicians if they try to unite with Somalia. Cigaal was the only visionary leader and he was going to send troops to the south to help stabilise and then form a real government. But he was deemed a traitor by some useless snm criminals.
