Why not Australia or Canada? Easier to get in them than US
Marry a xalimo from the states, that’s the easiest way. Also don’t make the mistake of moving to California or NYC, I know most of you think those states are cool from watching movies but reality is different. Move to a smaller state with good Muslim community.
Definitely not Australia, that country scares me with all those poisonous snakes and spiders. Why not Australia or Canada? Easier to get in them than US
How long do I have to be married to her before I can get citizenship and divorce her?Marry a xalimo from the states, that’s the easiest way. Lol I don’t know, do some research, I know it took my uncle’s wife 4 years to get her citizenship, she was moving from Sweden. Between those two places, I would go with Seattle, bigger Muslim community(especially Somalis) and better job opportunities. I know a lot of people that moved away from San Diego to MN(my family included lol)How long do I have to be married to her before I can get citizenship and divorce her?
I was thinking San Diego or Seattle/Washington. Do Somalis move states often or do 99 % stay in the same state their whole lives?
Well it varies, my current company pays 16 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave. I know some companies pay as little as 6 weeks, some don’t even pay, the US is definitely one of the worst for this, I heard Netflix pays up to 50 weeks of paid maternity leave, they probably think twice before hiring young women@TheShinning whats the situation like regarding paid annual leave and also maternity/paternity leave in the US?

You get more PTO the longer you stay with the company, currently I get 4 weeks paid vacation, 10 holiday days, 3 floating holiday/personal days and 4 weeks of sick leave.Yeah I heard it’s quite bad but didn’t realise it was that bad.
What’s paid holiday leave like?
That’s interesting. In the uk we get 5.6 weeks of paid holiday even as a new starter to the company. It’s standard I think for everyone. You get more PTO the longer you stay with the company, currently I get 4 weeks paid vacation, 10 holiday days, 3 floating holiday/personal days and 4 weeks of sick leave.
