Lots of basement dwelling Somali men exist (ages 24-35), they don't make more then 55k a year before taxes.

Not much diff between rent and mortgage so decided to buy.
Had to save up for 30% deposit though which was easier said then done as I like to eat out a lot.
New build studios which I went for go for anywhere between 205,000 to 310,000 depending distance from downtown and amenities and white goods included.
Never knew moving was this stressful
