What is your body type? Are slim if you are thats fine since you probably hard gainer but eventually as you get older you will be gaining weight easily
I don't eat subaac. I have laxoox/canjeelo and hilib suqaar every Saturday morning and hilib adhi and kimis on Sunday afternoons. I will never give that up.![]()
