More Nice Apartments in Mogadishu

Here is a list of apartments that I really like in Mogadishu.

They're all scattered across the city and I found them on the #Mogadishu feed on twitter.

After some research, I found out it's being sold by horn property. Idk if they own it tho.

This one has multiple blocks and has underground parking. Much like ones in the West.

NB: The last apartment complex is not the same as Safari Apartments.

I hear it is a cultural thing there, they like extreme colors like red/pink/green/purple. Weird tastes.

They should stick to white, beige, yellow, sand coloured buildings. Maybe some blue (glass).

A government should regulate the color of buildings.. in many Western countries they have building codes/guidelines or else you can't build.

Do you know how much they go for? One of my Uber drivers was Somali and he claimed that property in Muqdisho is ridiculously expensive.

Yeah exactly, coming from Hargeisa recently and one Street is like a bit multi coloured puzzle and there's so many high rises being built looking forward to the exteriors.

Berbera is being built hope the dalwada hoose not allow the freak colours of HGA in their place

Some ugly colour combinations like usual somali buildings but some look decent but overly priced. I liked the older buildings that existed in Mogadishu pre civil war.

The buldings are nice I just wish they would keep them all white too

I definitely wish the exterior was in more muted/beige colours. The bright pinks/greens/blues will make a nasty contrast around the bright blue sea and sky.

All white is the way, especially on coastal towns I really dont get why somalis love this multi colour thing thats going on there Mogadishu was beautiful when it was all white with green trees and blue ocean.
