Because one group has issues with every other group that lives there. And Somalis do not see what at's stake at all, we have been blessed to own a lot of land in africa for a small ethnic group whilst other ethnicities with a larger population than us are confined to a tiny space. Nigeria has more than 50+ ethnic groups, all who have to share that small space for themselves. Somalis have been blessed with land but not unity, and imo the civil war destroyed any chance of unity being formed again. When I say unity, I'm not talking about the outward appearance of Unity that somalis are used to, for example when a Non-Somali groups attacks Somalis and then we all rise up. But a Unity that actually will not disappear after turmoil ceases to exist.

Yes it is a Dir problem because they (some Dir groups) were the ones who intermixed with Oromos. Others ended up also being absorbed into Oromo communities because the Oromos outnumbered them (especially after the Ahmed Gurey wars - Barsuuq being an example). Also allowing Oromo groups to even live as close to you (like in Dire) is an issue, these guys want the Land and will even use the "Dir iyo Oromo was walaalo" which is BS. I say Gurgure need to spearhead the movement in Dire and put their current beef with Ciise to sleep and get these Oromos out of the city and back to their mountains, all other somalis who are living in Dire (who are not Ciise or GG) should back the beef.
The Oromos consider people who speak oromo to be oromo, but Somalis don't do that, you have to prove that your a somali by your lineage. They (Dirs) should of outlawed any oromo male-somalis woman marriages, and only allowed for somali men to take oromo women as wives, at least then the children will have an identity that other somalis would acknowledge (qabiil)
No because OG's want Somalis from the interior (proper-Somalia) to help get them out of ethiopian gumeysi but do not want to help out other somalis who are also under ethio gumeysi.
Absame (specifically OG) aren't going to do anything until there is a functioning Somali government (that they like), so that other somalis can come in and help them fight the Xabash/Oromo gov.

Won’t ever happen. And to begin with, you really don’t know what’s happening in the DD area. Most of this “Oromo vs Isse” beef is actually Gurgura vs Issa. These Gurguras speak both languages, some claim oromo, others Somali.
And Oromos don’t consider anyone Oromo for speaking the language. You need to be part of the clan structure, including the assimilated clans. They fit into the major clans and are given equal rights.

Competition. Places like Malka Jabdu are prominatly Gurgura but the isse are gaining wins in the business. Gurguras are getting upset with the increase repensation of Isse over them and they are targeting people and vise versa.
