you think a provisional dastuur means shit? moagdishu is treated like its the capital and that's all that matter. I could bet a leg that even in the final constitution the capital will change. Intaa aa isku imaheena when it does

Federal Dastuur is what we implement in 2005 and you guys apply it .

Even each discuss, Xamar states didnt decide yet to be capital or not until HAG goes back to their lands and xamar pre 1991 comes back, otherwise we will move capital states to another city. Baidou is perfect city to be new capital.

We will see what you guys will do when it became reality .

The problem with moving the capital is, any city that is chosen a clan will become the dominant authority in that city because they are the majority. Changing capitals wont change anything, anyways a coastal capital has it's advantages, why not keep it!
